Prep/Line Cook, Dishwasher
- Adhere to and maintain operational standards and guidelines, including food quality and safety, individual/team safety, cleanliness and sanitation
- Properly use and operate equipment and utensils including, not limited to, 3-compartment sink, knives and dishwasher
- Checks food quality and temperatures throughout the day to maintain Health and Safety regulations
- Appropriately mark, wrap, store and bag products for use/storage
- Work alongside fellow kitchen crew, including line cooks, dishwashers and prep cooks to meet daily goals
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures
- Maintain a good relationship with all team members
Skills/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to read, communicate and understand english
- Must be able to multitask
- 1-2 years experience working in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces
- Must be able to lift objects up to 50lbs
- Must be able to move in tight spaces
- Must be able to work in an environment that may contain dust, fumes and/or sanitation chemicals
- Must be able to withstand very cold/warm temperatures
